As a Reiki Master Teacher and fully qualified Advanced Crystal Healing Therapist, I use these amazing therapies every day. They are incredible energy balancing treatments which I often intergrate into all aspects of my work. As independent treatments I allow an hour for each although sessions may be longer if required. I charge £30 for each session of either Reiki or Crystal Healing.
Chakra Balancing with crystals is a wonderful way to achieve a state of harmony and balance energetically. This treatment is very relaxing and I allow 45 minutes for the session but ask that you arrive prepared to sit quietly for ten minutes at the end of the session to ensure you are completely grounded before you leave or drive home. I charge £30 for a full Chakra Balance.
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing seated massage which incorporates the back, neck, shoulders and scalp using a variety of oils. If it is preferred that you lay on the couch for the treatment, a facial massage is also included. The treatment time is approximately 45 minutes, but again, please allow an hour for the whole session. I charge £30 for an Indian Head Massage.
Exfoliating Body Scrub My clients adore this luxurious pre holiday body scrub. A full body massage using delightfully fragrant exfoliating products to prepare the skin for even tanning or promoting a healthy glow. Please shower before hand and allow 60 minutes for your treatment. I charge £30 for the Body Scrub Massage.
Luxury Hand and Foot Ritual This amazingly relaxing treatment is ideal for anyone who is in need of some TLC but for whom a full body massage is inadvisable. Luxuriously soothing creams and Thai Massage techniques are used to relax the hands and feet for an hour of pure indulgence. I charge £30 for this Luxury Hand and Foot Ritual.
Thermo Auricular Therapy Ear candelling - or Thermo Auricular Therapy as it is also known, refers to an ancient, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to help treat conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat. I use Bio Sun ear candles. These are made in a traditional Hopi formula and can include the added benefits of soothing herbal oils such as camomile or sage. The candles are around 22cm long. Burning time is about 10-12minutes, and safety features include a filter which prevents particles from dropping into the ear and a maximum burn line showing when to put the candle out. It is primarily used to relieve the discomfort of conditions such as the build up of earwax, sinus congestion, sore throats, glue ear, rhinitis and tinnitus. It provides a pleasant and safe alternative for people who find treatments such as syringing uncomfortable or ineffective and is ideal for people of all ages including young children and the elderly. I charge £25 for this treatment.
